What We Sow… HELP FEED OUR NEIGHBOURS

Cobourg: The blossoms have converted to fruit and veg and the bounty is pretty good in the County. Special thanks to those who already have us in their plans. One person was so overburdened with produce that they have called the bank for assistance in harvesting their crop. It may not seem like much to some but we have received as little as a box of beans and truckloads of other produce… it all gets to the table and there is no match for “fresh” or for this community's generousity.

There are several volunteers willing to mobilize to assist the grower/producer and this bodes well for those who use the food bank. Do what you can. Drop off your produce during food bank hours and if you need alternates times or help, please let us know. admin@fareshare.ca
