Medical Lab Technologist - Casual

Reporting to the Manager, Laboratory Services and accountable to the Laboratory Medical Director, the Medical Laboratory Technologist is responsible for all laboratory procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

- Current membership in the College of Medical Laboratory Technologists of Ontario. Specialties to include Phlebotomy, Biochemistry, Hematology, Bacteriology and Immunohematology.
-Current CSMLS certification recommended.
-Previous recent related experience in a hospital setting is recommended.
-Good communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
-Computer skills.
-Attention to detail and adherence to policies and procedures are required.
-Ability to work independently and as a team member.
