Feedback requested on new way of delivering care - Organizations in Northumberland County share first phase of new health care delivery model
Seven local health care organizations in Northumberland are asking their communities – local residents, patients, clients and family caregivers, staff, physicians, volunteers and health care partners – to provide their feedback on the first phase of a new way of delivering health care in the region.
