SWING WITH YOUR SWEETHEART AT THE 5th ANNUAL “HEART FOR THE HOSPITAL” VALENTINES DANCE

Northumberland County – Members of the sensational 16-piece dance orchestra “The Royals”, are pleased to announce details of the 5th Annual “Heart for the Hospital” Valentines Dance in support of the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation.
The dance, co-sponsored by the Best Western Cobourg Inn & Convention Centre and “The Royals”, will take place in the Best Western’s elegant ballroom on Saturday, February 13th. The evening gets underway at 8 o’clock when “The Royals” take the stage to help guests dance the night away. What a great way to have a romantic evening with your Valentine and support the hospital at the same time.
Tickets to the “Heart for the Hospital” Valentines Dance are $25 per person and are available at the Best Western Cobourg Inn or the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation office. Your ticket includes a wonderful late night buffet.
Funds raised during the evening will be directed to the Northumberland Hills Hospital Foundation in support of priority medical equipment.
“We’re thrilled with the continued and growing success of this dance and the band is excited to be hosting this event once again at the Best Western,” says Royals spokesman Paul Storms, “It will be a magical evening of music, dance and romance”.
If you’re a bit rusty on the dance floor, Premiere Dance and Theatre Arts Academy in Cobourg can help you get in shape. Made up of musicians from The Concert Band of Cobourg, “The Royals” began performing in the early 1980s with the aim of providing an opportunity for musicians to play the music of the big-band swing era. With vocalist, Tanya Wills, “The Royals” also specialize in performing the great ballads of that era.
