MATERNAL CHILD CARE PROGRAM AT NHH

The Maternal Child Care program provides low risk obstetrical care (Level 1) with approximately 550 births per year with capacity to grow. Our team consists of registered nurses specifically trained in obstetrical and newborn care, obstetricians, family physicians, midwives, anesthetists, respiratory therapists, pharmacy staff, dietitians, social workers, and volunteers. This team is committed to the provision of exceptional patient care. The team actively participates in the MoreOB risk management program and follows the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists guidelines.
