Position Summary:
Northumberland Hills Hospital (NHH) and area Surgical Specialists are seeking an OTOLARYNGOLOGIST proficient in providing General Otolaryngology care to adult and paediatric patients, to join their team of surgical colleagues,in the Department of Surgical and Ambulatory Care Services.
Resources:
The successful candidate will have access to available operating room space and outpatient clinic resources within the Department. An impact analysis will be completed by the successful applicant identifying specialty equipmentneeds and other additional resources in support of scope of practice.
Schedule:
The successful candidate will be expected to provide an equal share of on-call coverage within the Division.
Qualifications:
In addition to demonstrated clinical excellence and experience, the successful applicant will hold relevant certification in Otolaryngology - Head & Neck Surgery with the Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons of Canada/be a member of, or eligible for membership, with the College of Physicians & Surgeons of Ontario/completed a recognized Otolaryngology residency, with FRCSC certification.
