Maternal/Child Program Quality and Practice Committee
A nurse practitioner by profession, Kelsey Hayes gave birth to her first child at NHH and, since 2024, has been bringing her experience back to the hospital as a volunteer representing the patient perspective on NHH's Maternal/Child Quality and Practice Committee.
With the unique lens of patient and caregiver, Kelsey brings her lived experience as a mom and a primary care provider in both family health team and hospital environments to team discussions.
