Notice Of Annual Meeting (Virtual)
The Annual Meeting of the Members of the Northumberland Hills Hospital will take place on Thursday, June 18th, 2020 at 5:00 PM.
This meeting will be hosted virtually, in compliance with physical distancing requirements necessary to minimize the spread of COVID-19 and as permitted by Ontario Regulation 107/20 under the Emergency Management and Civil Protection Act.

- Minutes of 2019 Annual Meeting
- Financial Report
- Auditor’s Report
- Bylaw Amendments
- Appointment of the Auditor for 2020/21
- Report of the Nominating Committee (Election of Directors)
Voting members will receive instructions directly via email. Copies of the 2019 - 2020 Audited Financial Statements will be available on the hospital website, nhh.ca, after June 9th, 2020. A condensed Annual Report with a summary of information delivered at the meeting will be available for viewing on the same website on June 20th, 2020.
